225g net fill — check the net weight

Every butane can prints two weights: gross (can + gas) and net (the gas you actually get). Net is the number that matters.

Always check the net figure on the rim. How to check a can properly: CRV valve, seal and fill check guide.

Features

  • 225g net fill — about 2–2.5 hours of cooking per can on a medium flame.
  • CRV safety valve — vents pressure before a can can rupture in heat. Many cheap cans skip this.
  • Standard cassette fitting — works with ZORACook stoves and any normal cassette stove.
  • Runs torches — the Handheld Butane Torch mounts straight on top of the can and the Brass Blow Torch is refilled from it.
  • ₹137.25 a can — a 31% saving against buying four single cans.
  • Sealed, unpunctured cans — check the seal on arrival before use.

How to use

  1. Check the rim seal and CRV valve before fitting. Do not use a dented or leaking can.
  2. Turn the stove knob to OFF. Portable Gas Stove: open the can housing lever. Mini Camping Stove: hold the can horizontally, ready to screw into the threaded port on the side of the stove.
  3. Portable Gas Stove: drop the can in with its notch facing up and aligned to the slot, then push the lever down until it clicks. Mini Camping Stove: screw the can's valve into the side port until snug, hand-tight.
  4. Light the stove and cook. Remove the can once the stove has cooled.
  5. For the ZORACook Handheld Butane Torch, mount the torch straight on top of the can, with the torch switched off and cool and away from any flame or spark; refill the Brass Blow Torch from the can instead.

Safety instructions

  • Store cans upright, below 40°C, away from direct sun. Never in a parked car.
  • Never fit a can whose seal or valve looks damaged.
  • Use stoves and torches only in ventilated spaces.
  • Do not puncture, crush or burn a can, even when empty.
  • Keep cans away from the flame while cooking, and never use an oversized pan that overhangs the burner.
  • Dispose of empties through local recycling, fully empty and unpunctured.

FAQ

How long does one can last?

Roughly 2–2.5 hours on a medium flame. Four cans is about 8–10 hours. Full detail: butane burn time guide.

Will these fit my stove?

They fit ZORACook's Mini Camping Stove and Portable Gas Stove. On the Mini Camping Stove the can goes in horizontally and screws into a threaded port on the side of the stove; on the Portable Gas Stove the can presses into the side slot and locks. They are standard cassette-type cans and will not fit threaded EN417 screw-on camping canisters — that is a different system.

Is the pack of 8 better value than this?

No. The pack of 8 works out at ₹143.63 a can, which is more than this pack's ₹137.25. If you want the lowest per-can price, the pack of 12 is ₹133.25.

Are these refillable?

No — cassette butane cans are single-use. Recycle them empty and unpunctured. The ZORACook Handheld Butane Torch mounts on top of the cans instead of being filled from them, while the Brass Blow Torch is refilled from a can.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All of them — cash on delivery, UPI, credit and debit cards, wallets and net banking. Delivery is free across India with no minimum order value.
