We want you to love your ZoraCook products. If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Used lighters or products with butane filled
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Items purchased more than 7 days
