How to use

1. Pick your spot. Set up outdoors or in a well-ventilated area on flat, firm ground, away from tents, dry grass and anything flammable.
2. Unfold the supports. Swing the stainless steel pot supports out until they lock into their open position.
3. Fit the can. Hold the cassette butane can horizontally and screw its valve into the threaded port on the side of the stove until snug — hand-tight, do not force it. The stove stands on its own folding legs.
4. Check before lighting. Listen for hissing and smell for gas. If you detect either, do not light it — unscrew, inspect the valve and re-attach.
5. Open the valve and ignite. Turn the control knob slightly and light within a second or two with a lighter, then adjust the flame with the same knob.
6. Shut down. Turn the knob fully off, let the burner cool completely, then unscrew the can and fold the supports flat for packing.

A short clip of the mini stove and the standard 225 g butane cassette can that runs it. The can goes in horizontally, into the threaded port on the side of the stove body — there is no hose and no adapter to connect. Threaded EN417 screw-on canisters do not fit this stove.

Safety instructions

• Ventilation. Use outdoors or in well-ventilated areas only. Never inside a closed tent, car or room — butane burning in an enclosed space consumes oxygen and can produce carbon monoxide.
• Pot size. Use trekking pots and small pans only. An oversized pan traps heat around the can underneath, which is dangerous.
• Stability. The stove stands on its own folding legs — always set up on flat, firm ground and do not knock the stove while lit.
• Check the can. Never use a dented, rusted or leaking can, and never puncture or incinerate one, even when empty.
• Cooling. Let the stove cool fully before unscrewing the can or folding the supports.
• Storage. Keep cans below 40°C, out of direct sunlight, and never in a parked car in summer.
• Children. Keep the stove and cans out of their reach. Adult use only.
• Travel. Butane cans are not permitted on flights and are restricted on trains — carry the stove and buy fuel at your destination.
