ZORACook Burner Nozzle + 1 Butane Canister — ₹389. A screw-on brass burner nozzle paired with one standard 225g cassette-type butane gas can. Turns an ordinary gas can into a direct open-flame tool for fire-starting, charring, dhungar smoking and refilling butane torches. All payment methods accepted — cash on delivery, UPI, cards, wallets and net banking. Free delivery across India, no minimum order.
What this combo is for
The nozzle screws directly onto the valve of a standard cassette butane can and gives you a controllable open flame without buying a full torch. It is the cheapest way into direct-flame work: lighting charcoal and sigri, charring capsicum and baingan for bharta, dhungar smoking, softening old paint, and refilling refillable butane lighters and torches.
This one-can pack is the starter option — buy it if you want to try the nozzle before committing to fuel. If you already know you will use it, the larger packs work out far better (see the table below).
Which nozzle combo is best value?
| Combo | Cans | Price | Cans alone cost | Nozzle effectively costs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nozzle + 1 can (this page) | 1 | ₹389 | ₹199 | ₹190 |
| Nozzle + 2 cans | 2 | ₹499 | ₹398 | ₹101 |
| Nozzle + 3 cans | 3 | ₹649 | ₹597 | ₹52 |
| Nozzle + 4 cans — best value | 4 | ₹762 | ₹796 | Free, plus ₹34 off |
The nozzle gets cheaper the more fuel you buy with it. At four cans the combo actually costs ₹34 less than the four cans on their own, so the nozzle comes free.
Features
- Screws straight onto a cassette can — no adapter, no separate fuel tank, no assembly.
- Adjustable flame — turn it down for delicate charring, up for lighting charcoal.
- 225g net fill can included — above the 220g Indian standard, so more burn time than cheap 180–190g cans.
- CRV safety valve on the can — vents pressure before the can can rupture in heat.
- Doubles as a refill source — fills refillable butane torches and lighters.
- Compact — the nozzle alone weighs almost nothing and stores in a drawer.

How to use
- Check the can's seal and CRV valve before fitting — see the can safety check guide.
- Make sure the nozzle's gas knob is fully closed.
- Stand the can upright and screw the nozzle onto the valve until it is finger-tight. Do not force it.
- Open the knob a quarter turn and light at the tip with a steel gas lighter or arc lighter.
- Adjust the flame with the knob. Close it fully when finished and let the nozzle cool before unscrewing.
Refilling a torch instead? Follow the butane refill guide.
Safety instructions
- Use in a ventilated space. Never indoors in a closed room with no airflow.

- Never store cans in a car, in direct sun, or anywhere above 40°C.
- Let the nozzle cool completely before unscrewing or storing it.
- Keep the flame away from the can body, hair, loose clothing and curtains.
- Do not puncture or burn a can, even when empty.
FAQ
Is this cheaper than buying a torch?
Yes for occasional use. The nozzle gives you an open flame at a fraction of a torch's cost. If you want a precise, adjustable blue flame for cooking work, the Handheld Butane Torch is the better tool.
Will it fit any butane can?
It fits standard cassette-type butane cans, which is what ZORACook sells. It will not fit threaded EN417 screw-on camping canisters — those are a different system.
How long does one can last?
Roughly 2–2.5 hours on a medium flame. More detail: butane burn time guide.
Can I use it to refill a lighter?
It refills refillable butane torches and lighters. It cannot refill piezo spark lighters or USB arc lighters — those hold no gas at all.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All of them — cash on delivery, UPI, credit and debit cards, wallets and net banking. Delivery is free across India with no minimum order value.
