At ZoraCook, we are committed to delivering your kitchen tools safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or rural pin codes, delivery may take additional time. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will notify you within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Other Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional handling charge of ₹30.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order using the link provided.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at zoracookseo@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
