Returns & Refund Policy

At ZoraCook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts will not be eligible for a return.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@zoracook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance sales

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process above.
